1. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree to:

• Use it for lawful purposes only.
• Not attempt to harm, hack, or disrupt our services.
• Provide accurate information when placing orders.

2. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to availability.
• Prices are listed in CAD and may change without notice.
• Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment information.
• Members are responsible for picking up their box from the location they had selected on the day and within the time slot mentioned for that location specifically. Any missed pickups without any prior notice would be donated. 
• Each box would be labelled with the names of member and items that are in the box. Members must not take items from other boxes.
• When the balance in the account reaches $35 we would send alerts to top up the balance (to the members who did not opt in for re-occuring credit card payments)
• If the balance is not topped up and it reaches $0, account would be put on hold.

3. Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds and returns are not guaranteed. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible, and we would be more than happy to assist you.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• You are responsible to pick up your veggie box from your selected location within the timeframe specified.
• Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Schurman Family Farm. You may not use our content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of our website, including but not limited to:

• Errors or interruptions in service
• Product availability or changes in pricing
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Prince Edward Island, Canada.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website implies acceptance of any changes.
